Cancellations
must be notified in writing to Australia-China International Health Interchange.
Cancellations received on or before 02nd February 2009 will be
refunded less an administration fee of AU$300; received after that date, besides
less AU$300, you also need to comply with the cancellation and refund policies
of the Chinese local travel agency, and accommodation providers.
